- The Lodge Minibus provides arranged transport to shopping destinations in the area and on organised outings
- The Golf Cart is available daily within The Village for residents’ convenience
- The in-house Hairdressing Salon is open from Tuesday – Friday
- The well-stocked Library is open daily
- There is a Post Box and collection/delivery service available for each property
- The Laundry uses token-operated industrial washing machines and tumble dryers
- There is an indoor heated Swimming Pool
- Pool, snooker and darts are available in our Games Room
- Bridge meetings are organised regularly
- The Lounger’s Lair Bar and Coffee Shop is open Wednesday to Sunday and for special occasions
- The Dining Room is open Monday to Sunday for lunch and Tuesday to Friday for dinner
- Special theme dinners are held throughout the year these include Scottish and Irish evenings, Anniversary Dinners, St. Valentine’s Day celebrations, Christmas in July, and Christmas in December
- Private functions are also available for booking and catering
- An internal telephone/intercom system is installed throughout the Lodge.
- A state-of-the-art health/emergency/panic button system is in place for the health and safety of residents

The Lodge offers a variety of social activities for the enjoyment and participation of our residents.
An active and resourceful residents’ House Committee arranges various events throughout the year.
Get-togethers in our coffee shop and bar, guest speakers, movies, special celebrations, and themed dinners, along with games and swimming, are just some of the activities we offer to cater to all interests. We also host monthly reading hours, Film Sundays with regular screenings, and Anglican and Catholic sessions.
